It should indeed go to the house, not to the property. Nevertheless, the opinion: We found a very nice corner lot in Nieder-Olm in Rheinhessen (we do not want too much of our beautiful Mainz away) can and reserve. It is not huge (in Mainz near land is expensive) but the forward planner got to be on the challenge of the double house to bring good at.
