Where Can Buy A Fingerboard In Ohio

KfW 60 energy-saving house

We have so much of our house told, not only do we build a Kfw 60 energy saving house.

We favored a heat pump for heating, It was very close to build a KfW
60 house. We asked our contractor if it would be possible without much effort. He had the whole of his structural engineer / Heat Protection Officer by count, and lo and behold, there were not many extra costs. Our joint venture has so far had never built an energy efficient house and since the future always goes in that direction, he is now building our house as a "model house" and has adopted us as some of the additional costs. What are our neighbors now enjoy something, for he must bear it, not all costs, even if our neighbors can not Kfw 60 build house. That's it!

Here is a brief definition of what a Kfw 60 is energy efficient house:

  • After the funding of the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) is the standard, KfW energy saving house 60 achieved when the primary energy demand demonstrably not exceeding 60 kWh per m² floor space and year. This house type can be equipped with a conventional heating system. A ventilation system is usually not necessary. Due to the improved heat protection one for future energy price increases better equipped than the standard EnEV house.

Because we had chosen a different heating system than a normal gas boiler technology, we had only once through the whole mess to work through different heat pumps.

  • brine-water heat pumps are the most common type because they can be operated year-round because of the existing geothermal sufficient without additional heat source. acts as a heat transfer medium on the heat source side a water-antifreeze mixture (brine), which receives in a closed loop geothermal heat and emits through a heat exchanger to the refrigeration circuit of the heat pump . A heat exchanger between the heat source circuit and the heat pump can be omitted when using the so-called direct evaporation technique too. Here, the use of geothermal energy collectors installed horizontal copper tube, in which circulates the refrigerant from the heat pump. The advantage of this technology is to occur through the omission of a heat exchanger, less losses and a separate pump to drive the heat source circuit may be omitted, since this task is performed by the compressor unit of the heat pump. (Source WIB eV)
  • water-water heat pumps work because of year-round adequate existing (ground) water heat monovalent (ie, without additional heat source) and obtain the best performance figures for all types of heat pumps. As a heat transfer medium on the heat source side to function mostly groundwater in a Saugbrunnen constant at 8 - is encouraged 12 ° C and some of its heat in a heat exchanger sold to the cooling circuit of the heat pump . The cooled water then leaves the system via a return well. (Source WIB eV)
  • The air-water heat pump used for heating the surrounding air. The big advantage is that for this type of "heat supply" not a big effort has to be: the air we just sucked. Therefore, the acquisition is also cheaper than other heat pump systems. are air-water heat pumps for indoor and and outdoor installation. But both have in common that the ambient air drawn on a heat exchanger that is part of the refrigeration cycle is guided by the heat pump. On the heating circuit is a conventional, connected by water flowing through radiators or underfloor heating. Modern air-water heat pumps generally work to about -7 ° C alone and needing only at lower temperatures an additional heating, which usually consists of an electric heater. However, this additional heat source in our part of the very rare (a few days a year) for use . (Source WIB eV)
  • exhaust air heat pumps escape the heat source air and enter the recovered heat energy on to the same medium. Virtually every air conditioning unit can be described as air-air heat pump, where the benefits are, however, mostly for the active cooling of rooms. When you find the air heating / air heat pump for reheating of fresh air in mechanical ventilation systems. These devices are often referred to as a "building technology centers", "heat centers" or "heating centers". (If the heat pump is also responsible for heating of hot water, but you have to correct, by a combination of air-air and air-water heat pump .) Central ventilation systems talk about sucking air ducts used and moist air from bathroom and kitchen off. At a central location (such as utility room), a portion of the heat in the air is either fed directly to the evaporator of the air-air heat pump that heats the condenser side of the drawn in through the ventilation system fresh air. Often, these compact central heating systems are equipped with heat exchangers that provide a direct heat transfer from the ex-to fresh air, here we speak of ventilation with heat recovery. The heat pump has to overcome then only a small rise in temperature to provide space heating. The Conditioning blows this warm air then again through ventilation ducts in the living rooms. The power consumption of such heating systems is usually a few hundred watts to drive the refrigeration cycle of the heat pump and the fans for supply and exhaust air. The space required is about 1 m 2 area and about 2 m height. (Source WIB eV)
We have an exhaust air heat pump from the company Nibe (largest producer of heat pumps in Scandinavia) decided with underfloor heating. We should also heat the basement, we have even in the basement floor heating. This is cheaper, to join as a second heating circuit with low temperature radiators.
Moreover, it is far from being easy to find a suitable installer (or one who has ever needed to create a an offer ...). But that would be a topic for a separate thread.

If Your A Scout Can You Wear A Stetson

measuring ... or? The basement

On Saturday 18 November 2006, we had an appointment in the morning with our Stairmakers Bönen. ( http://www.krebs-treppen.de/ ). He shows us the standard steps and it's not as bad as we thought at the beginning, since all the railings have almost no extra cost. However, have two handrails inside and we like that we have not. Over the next week we should get an offer for the stair railing with stainless steel barrel and-seek, and a range of wooden barrel. Andrew still wants to seek an alternative offer from the company four house. Let's see what we do later!

afternoon we went to the site. Yesterday, the basement ceiling molding within s and now we wanted to see if this, with our empty tubes and Styrofoam all out just as it should and behold, our joint venture is also working on Saturday! The first rows of our ground floor stand. not

Oh ... and our laundry chute is there where he hinsollte ... Or shall we say where we thought he hinmuss! He is now 30 cm away from the GWC wall and we had actually measured to fit in the corner! DA WE want! In the evening we made our thoughts and still desperately pondered about why this is so and now as we drill out the concrete floor again, aufmeißeln. I've been the most thought, as I had measured the whole thing and it fit but should. After much back and forth, we noticed that everything is all right. It would only fit in the corner, if we had not increased our shower and we both did not want to dispense with a large shower, we now have a column in the GWC with mosaic tiles .... or what we can think of a solution! At least we can live with this solution and there is a laundry chute!

Bronchitis 5 Year Old

Electrical

On Thursday 16 November 2006, we have for our basement electrical conduits installed. We have previously sat down with our electrician and a plan drawn out the raw space have to go . It looked quite wild out ...

But as long as our electrician knows what he has since recorded where we had to drill holes but that everything is perfect. At 10 clock we were on site and clock against 15 we were ready. Always takes the longest to set up the site, to all cables are where they need to and is cleared, the entire tool out of the car. After that was all very easy. At points we had to make the blanket on the Pitzen something, but otherwise everything went as we had imagined. It was quite funny because we haebn worked with the construction workers who had no vacation when we haebn the electrics made.
the wire for the garage, we put through a larger conduit. The father-extra has yet drilled through the casing so that the tube can be outside. For end we still had the styrofoam cut for ceiling diffusers (electrical, plumbing and heating).

After much back and forth, we have you yet found a place for our laundry chute. Now we have to make a window in the narrow floor. This has another advantage: we can now install a larger shower in the bathroom next to the laundry chute - now is André and happy again!

How Long Does Plan Stay In Womam System

pipe laying

On Wednesday, 16 November 2006 then should we move our electrical system for the basement.

Sun at 7 clock in the morning the phone rang our JV. Size: it is a problem with the stairs, he did not know how he does is to build our house, which certainly would not fit!

shock! How now? So if we are honest, we have made no worry about the stairs. Finally, our joint venture does not build his first house and our architects drew it the first house. The contractor has agreed with the stairwell Bauer a Terim for the afternoon, where we also attended a precaution.

When we arrived at noon to the site, came another shock! We should agree on the corner from noon filigree Fertigd , our Conduit Electrical can create for Keller. When we arrived were still blankets parts of our semi-detached house. What now? Our contractor was on site trailer and he told us that some fibers are pulled from the crane cable and must be repaired first before any further cover parts can be placed. Safety First! Since he happens to have law. Unfortunately the repair took a little longer than expected and meant that we had to postpone the planned pipe laying on the next day. We called first on both at work and asked for a further day's holiday. Finally, we should start the next day morning. Thank God - it was not a big problem. The contractor promised, however, that we could make the holes today, he would not make it with only the bottom reinforcement. We have therefore first called off all the helpers for the afternoon. At 15 clock

came the farmer and the stairs looked quite the contrary to our GU no problem with the stairs. He took a short redesign and was then also disappeared. We have identified a date for Saturday morning for sampling.

After good 2 hours we were finished with the holes. That is, the men have been characterized
and drilled and I'm with the wet vac the basement out quite dry. Then you have to sometimes even deserve a beer after work!

Should I Have A Brazilian

A poem ....

played with us for many considerations, of course, also the price involved, but more importantly, says the following poem:
from the cheapest and the best!
It is unwise to pay too much.
But there is worse to pay too little.
If you pay too much, you lose a little
Money - that's all.
If you pay too little you sometimes lose everything
.
Because what you bought
not in a position to do that,
was what it bought.
The law of equilibrium of the economy
forbidden to pay a little
To get a lot - this is not possible.
If you make but with the lowest provider
shops, it is advisable to turn over
something for the risk to go
you.
And if you do, you have enough to pay for something better
.

Moving ahead!

The Cellar floor is finished and the walls have been poured .....

Since we have an individual plan has cursed our JV properly. It has actually lasted a whole day, until the first row of blocks has been set. I only say: "Good things take time!" Now the interior walls are finished!

view from the garden:

side view of the road:

to believe, is within 2 weeks of Keller.

On 10 November 2006, we have decided to clinker. At first it was quite tiring, but that day it went so fast. Our building area is already a house with a brick, has fallen to us all ... and the first time. After two phone calls to the building materials retailer, it was also clear. The clinker is more expensive than in our offer, but stock .. In short, we can order it!

Klampaert Classic - a Dutch in the WDF format! We have also found in Internet Under: http://www.daasbaksteen.nl/

On the Web is also some references! Now we need to agree only on a joint. It looks both very good ... whether light or dark .... we'll see how it will look at us then.

Mount And Blade Mods Version 1.011

The cellar floor is poured!

On Friday 03 November 2006, poured our basement sole!

The concrete was supplied by the Heidelberg-mix plants. Hardly a car is off came the next ... It was really exciting.

It was not long since was the first half, which of our neighbors, ready!

So the bottom plate saw today, 05 November 2006 from.

morning to the Basement walls can be supplied. We would have liked to see, unfortunately we have to work both. Somehow, the house must be so paid. Maybe it creates my dad in the morning close a couple of photos! It's all so exciting !
