After much back and forth we have finally signed our building contract on Monday, 14/08/2006.
We were assured that we can change our contract nor in respect of the sales tax increase. Currently stands in the construction contract a clause that clearly in our opinion, not quite is. Because we want as quickly as possible to start now, we've decided to trust our construction in this regard. But I have a very good feeling. Now we go first in the vacation for a week and hope that when we are back here with his calculations, the structural engineer is finished and we can order the basement.
Our friends ... and now neighbors are almost finished. Yesterday, the two had an appointment with a financial advisor and Monday have both the notary for the land. The planning application, which our contractors have filed 31.12.2005, can take the pair also, making them the home owner get even. Over the week, then made an amendment because they want to have a different layout of the house.
