OF REASON!
It all started, we have called the city to ask for something ... which we then explained that the city did not know that our developers built on the neighboring property.
What now? He does not build? What to do?? We were very shocked!
After we had an appointment with our building contractors, cleared the OK. What we knew but until then do not, or had it described to us otherwise. The next Hammer comb then even WHILE the meeting.

otherwise why should we want to know the earliest start date. Why should one be otherwise ready to finance and everything else to have done so far? Who wants to come as soon as only possible start with the construction? The answer of which was really a joke: "We thought you only wanted to know the date so!" HaHaHa ... if it were not so sad, because we can not now start first! The basement has a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks.
But we give up hope!
Well then we construct containing the first in 6 weeks and only used a half! We thought!
It does not take long then we heard from our structural engineer, that if we build only one half, the values for a KfW60 House are not met. However, existing only so long until the second half. How sweet! We have received a loan from the KfW which has some prerequisites, so it comes to pay. So now we had to talk to our bank .....
there were all very nice and understanding. We had to set up a letter and then a single decision taken because such a case, previously never existed! So wait it said.
We thought the days of waiting never ends!
It had lasted only a week until we had a response from the bank, but it seemed to us like an eternity before. The Bank has no objection if the first is only half built. Yes, we can then start it soon. Maybe it will work out until the 31st August - would be nice!
It was also nice to be having trouble so we did not need that, after the release of building area and the official opening, no site power was available. Can you believe that?! There are 4 current distribution exist and RWE also donated cold drinks for the clients, as a small compensation.
We hope so because in front of our building as much topsy-turvy, then maybe it WHILE the construction phase, not too messy is! Would cease in the next few days some pictures, has already done much in the construction area.
